    This is AMAZING! A little rotisserie chicken and kielbasa from Alaska Sausage and it was the best jambalaya gluten free or not that I have ever had!! We definitely be ordering more so we can enjoy this in our Alaskan winters!

    I rarely make jambalaya, so I do not really have a favorite homemade recipe to compare. However, I thought the flavor of the finished dish was fantastic, just the right amount of spice and heat. The rice-to-liquid ratio and the timing cooked the rice perfectly. I would definitely make this again and serve it to guests!
